If you are used to following US crochet patterns, don’t let the fact that these are written in UK terms hold you back!

I really like how the patterns are written. Each row and round includes stitch totals, and the sections are clearly labeled, making the instructions easy to follow. The assembly details are well explained, so you know exactly where to attach each piece, like the arms and legs. Plus, the book includes plenty of helpful photos for every pattern, giving you a clear idea of how your crochet toy should look as you go.
